Printing and delivering your poster (€40–100)
How to use this service:
Step 1: POSTER CONTENT. Once you fill out and submit the Poster Request Form, we edit and design the poster.
Step 2: REVIEW PRE-PRINT. We send you a proof of the poster within 7 working days of receiving the completed Poster Request Form. You review the proof and suggest any further changes to the design/content that may be necessary.
Step 3 (optional): PRINTING & DELIVERY. If you select our printing and delivery service, your poster will reach you within 2–7 working days after confirming acceptance of the electronic proof.
Step 4: PAYMENT. Once you have received the finished poster (either an electronic version or printed version) we will send you an invoice.
We strongly recommend that you allow enough time for rare but possible delivery failure by the courier service. If the courier fails to deliver within the indicated time frame, the shipping charges will be refunded in full under certain conditions. The cost of the merchandise will not be refunded even if it is past your presentation date and time. Depending on the circumstances and if timing allows it, we may reprint your order at a discounted price and send it to you.
If the delivery is delayed by the courier on grounds of poor weather there will be no refund for any part of the order. If the courier reports a package as being delivered but it is not in your possession you have to contact the courier and try to resolve the issue locally. If you cannot resolve the issue with the courier you should contact us within 24 hours of the expected time or arrival and we will help you resolve the issue as best as we can.
Damaged delivery: In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged you will need to contact us immediately so we can help you or we may not be able to do it in time for your presentation. We will require a couple of pictures so we can file a claim with the courier. We do not issue refunds for damaged merchandise. We will either reprint and ship your order as fast as we can or we will issue a full credit towards your next order.
